Mounted pneumatic precision planter with hydraulic vertically-folding frame and floating wings floating
Thanks to the vast experience in the precision planter sector and the versatility of MTR unit capable of planting in conditions of both fine and minimally tilled soils, MANTA model is available in the 8 row version with 70 or 75 cm inter-row distance or 12 row version with 45 or 50 cm inter-row distance.
MTR planting unit is characterised by high-level structural solutions such as the sturdy double parallelogram connection system with adjustable load spring, double disc coulter, independent rocker depth wheels, distributor body made in cast aluminium and large 36 l capacity hopper.
MTR planting unit is coupled to the frame with floating vertically closing wings which allow a road width of 2.5 and 3 meters depending on the version. MANTA is equipped with innovative solutions for perfect control of the wings: during planting the floating type system allows to better follow the ground profile, while the WING UP â„¢ compensation system keeps them suspended during the lifting of the planter, thus guaranteeing greater manoeuvrability especially in difficult conditions such as headland turns on slopes or with obstacles. The standard transmission is mechanical and offers, on request, the electromechanical release system of the single unit, which allows section control.
In case of greater technological needs, the ISOTRONIC version with electric transmission and ISOBUS communication system, allows digital control of the planter and the use of all Precision Farming functions.
MANTA is available on request with PA1 front hopper fertilizer spreader. Depending on the terrain, it is possible to opt for the suffolk coulter, recommended for loose soils or double disc for heavy soils or with greater presence of residue.
The large operational capabilities associated with the small width and the reduced maintenance requirement make it an ideal tool for planting professionals.
