Trailed teuton mistblower
TURBO TEUTON FXF is the flagship of MASCHIO GASPARDO trailed mistblowers. Based on the basic model FUTURA, it is characterised by the mechanical - pneumatic pulverisation of the phytoiatric product and by low volume FXF over-row diffusion systems. Available in four different versions with 1,100 to 3,150 L tanks, allows high levels of customisation.
TURBO TEUTON FXF has been designed to reduce the number of passages in the field and adapt to all forms of farming thanks to the over-row arms structure. This system makes it possible to benefit from multiple advantages: treat the rows both internally and externally, thus ensuring maximum coverage of the leaf wall or treat up to 3 rows at a time, thus reducing the number of passes in the field, significantly reducing working times. The hydraulic system controls many functions: opening/closing of wings and their lifting are standard, while the telescopic extension and the Variable Configuration function are available on request. To make the control of all these functions easier and more effective, on request, the OILDRIVE 5 system allows a centralised control via a single push button panel that can be easily driven from the tractor cab.
Maximum treatment effectiveness is achieved thanks to the low volume dispensing system and the type of air conveyors that localise the flow on the surface to be treated. The low volume dispensed is obtained thanks to the combined action of mechanical pulverisation of the phytoiatric product flow through the high pressure pump and the particular nozzle used and pneumatic pulverisation carried out by the fan/diffuser assembly. In addition to directing the flow in the desired direction, the air conveyors ensure greater control of the treatment height also thanks to the possibility of excluding the individual nozzles. To increase treatment coverage and further reduce the risk of diffused pollution, the ELECTROSTATIC kit is available on request which, thanks to the electrodes placed at the air diffuser outlet, positively charges the droplets of the phytoiatric product flow so that they are attracted to vegetation naturally provided with negative charges.
TURBO TEUTON T FXF is also available in ISOTRONIC version with ISOBUS communication protocol. Thanks to the combination with the tractor’s Virtual Terminal or with different Virtual Terminals available upon request, sprayer management is simpler and more intelligent both in terms of precision farming and greater control of the functional parameters used in the field.
