Mounted pneumatic precision planter with telescopic closure frame
CHRONO 300 is the entry model within the range of the same name. High speed planting at 15 km/h and above, together with the high versatility of CHRONO unit, allow to excel in all situations, from conventional to minimum tillage and then to direct planting, working in a very wide range of conditions and always guaranteeing the best precision of seed placement. The result of decades of experience in the precision planter sector, CHRONO is in fact the flagship of MASCHIO GASPARDO group. Equipped with a mounted frame with double telescopic extension, CHRONO 300 is available in the 306 version with 6 rows and 70 and 75 cm spacing.
CHRONO planting unit is characterised by the most advanced and innovative solutions found on the new generation precision planters. The independent pneumatic system with lobe compressor, allows the transport of the seed from the distributor to the planting furrow, guaranteeing high forward speeds and varying the air flow according to the different types of seeds, from the smallest such as sorghum to the most irregular like sunflower.
The HEAVY DUTY setting of the planting unit is amplified by the sturdy double parallelogram connection system with AIR SPRING that allows to vary the pressure of the unit on the ground up to a maximum of 300 kg, which can be operated directly from the tractor cab. This allows direct planting even on very compacted heavy soils.
The sturdiness of the mounted frame is combined with the compactness of the double telescopic extension system which guarantees to pass in a few seconds from the working width of 4.5 m to the transport width of only 3 m, making road transfers very easy.
The ISOTRONIC electric transmission with ISOBUS GENIUS MASTER communication protocol allows to take advantage of all the Precision Farming functions for laying the seed, for the distribution of the microgranular product and of the fertilizer.
