EXTREME 1

The management of the internal geometry of the variable chamber is made possible by a double rocker arm controlled by hydraulic cylinders. The first defines the pressure and the diameter of the bale with the possibility of creating a pre-chamber with zero pressure up to 110 cm, while the second rocker automatically compensates the tension of the six clinched belts during the formation of the bale.

EXTREME 1 has the possibility to manage the size of the pre-chamber in a mechanical way thanks to a pin system placed directly on the sides of the round baler, with 4 positions, which lock the main rocker arm in the desired position, creating a pre-chamber from a minimum of 50 cm to a maximum diameter of 110 cm, to be chosen according to the humidity and the type of product to be collected.

The large 220 cm pick-up with pivoting wheels, with rake or flow conveyor plate, allows to operate even in the presence of not perfectly regular and abundant windrows. Harvesting of the product is delicate with any type of forage, preserving the leaves, the most protein-rich part of legumes, on the stem. The machine can be equipped with a windrow press roller.

EXTREME 1 is polyvalent, in fact 3 feeding systems can be requested: HTI with alternative feeder, HTR rotary feeder, HTC rotary feeder with 13 knives with 77 mm cutting length. The stars of all rotors are made of high strength HARDOX, to minimise wear during work.
