Traditionally specialists in precision planting, GASPARDO is also recognized for the reliability and operational capacity of its row crop cultivators, carefully designed for inter-row tilling of the main extensive, cereal and horticultural crops. The HP model is characterised by the frame with folding side wings and is available in the “Beet” versions up to 6 rows and “Corn” up to 4.
GASPARDO row crop cultivator element is characterised by high-level structural solutions such as the robust double parallelogram connection system with high ground clearance with preload spring, quick release and solidly fixed elements. These have a staggered arrangement of the “Superflow” springs which allows both an easy flow of soil without any risk of clogging and mounting different types of working parts and side protections according to the different operating requirements. On request, the load spring of the parallelogram system is also available if you have to operate on tough soils where greater pressure is required to penetrate the ground.
GASPARDO row crop cultivator element is coupled to the sturdy frame with manual closing, characterised by a single beam structure with folding side wings at 180° with manual closing that allows a footprint of only 2.5 m. On request, 320 mm diameter load-bearing wheels are available to maintain a constant height of the frame and obtain more precise driving between the cultivated rows thanks to the central ridge of the wheels. For the basic versions not equipped with fertilizer spreader, the front coupling to the tractor is available on request.
To meet the most diverse needs, it is possible to equip the row crop cultivator with equipment that allows to make the most of its performance. The AUTOMATIC DRIVING system allows the tractor driver to intervene in the sown crops in a non-linear manner, automatically directing the machine that perfectly follows the trajectory of the tractor (even when cornering), without causing damage to the crop.
The operational efficiency in the field can be improved thanks to the versions equipped with fertilizer spreader, available both with double 160 l plastic hopper and single 400 l sheet metal hopper, concentrating the elimination of weeds, the distribution and burying of fertilizer in a single pass. Upon request, the drive of the fertilizer spreader transmission via the tractor power take-off is available.
HP is the ideal row crop cultivator for small to medium-sized farms and contractors who carry out continuous road movements.
