ALIANTE PLUS

ALIANTE PLUS increases operational efficiency thanks to the possibility of combining primary/secondary soil tilling with seeding in a single pass. The combination by means of a COMBI quick coupling with the DRAGO DC, DOMINATOR DM and ORSO harrow models allows a high level of customization that always guarantees perfect finishing and levelling of the ground as per MASCHIO tradition. 

The configuration with a seed drill mounted directly above the harrow, allows for an excellent distribution of the weights, with a centre of gravity extremely close to the lift: This aspect guarantees high compactness and stability that allows coupling with reduced power tractors thanks to the lower effort required for lifting.

The renowned GASPARDO transmission system with three-cam transmission in oil bath, which can also be operated in motion, works in conjunction with the pneumatic transport of the seed, driven by the hydraulic circuit of the tractor. This system makes use of the BY-PASS patent which allows to significantly increase the forward speed reducing sowing times and costs without compromising the homogeneity of distribution along the entire working width and to operate in difficult conditions such as hill sowing. Accurate seeding deposition is ensured by the different types of coulters available arranged in two rows: suffolk, double Corex or Corex Plus disc and single disc. Finally, the seed-covering rear harrow manages to follow the undulation of the soil and repositions the crop residues previously moved by the seeding element.

In case of greater technological needs, the ALIANTE PLUS ISOTRONIC version with electric transmission and ISOBUS communication system, allows digital control of the seed drill and the use of all Precision Farming functions.
