ALITALIA ISOTRONIC has undergone a significant redesign and upgrades aimed at improving productivity and accuracy, thanks to a larger hopper and a new metering system. It is built on a fixed mounted frame with a working width of 3 meters, ensuring durability and reliability. It is available in 20 or 24 row versions and is the ideal solution for sowing the main cereal crops, suitable for tractors with power ranging from 130 to 250 HP.
ALITALIA ISOTRONIC increases operational efficiency by combining primary/secondary soil preparation and seeding in a single pass. The combination, enabled by the new COMBI 2 quick coupling system with DOMINATOR DM, ORSO L, and ORSO XL harrow models, offers a high level of customization that ensures optimal soil refinement and leveling, even on semi-worked soils or directly on no-till fields, in true MASCHIO GASPARDO tradition.
The new hopper now has a capacity of 2,000 liters and is positioned closer to the tractor. The hopper's weight is distributed onto the roller, ensuring maximum oscillation freedom for the harrow and smooth operation even on the most challenging terrains. This system also allows for a center of gravity closer to the tractor's lift, reducing effort during lifting.
ALITALIA ISOTRONIC now uses two distribution heads located outside the hopper and two new seed meters instead of a single one, both driven by electric motors. This specific configuration ensures greater precision in both dosing and seed transport, even on hilly terrain. Most importantly, it allows for the automatic exclusion of the right or left half of the seeding bar, based on the field position detected by the GPS sensor.
The ISOTRONIC electric transmission with ISOBUS communication protocol enables digital control of the seeder and access to all Precision Farming functions: prescription map transfer, variable seed rate, and automatic section control. Precision, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
