Fixed frame row-crop cultivator
Traditionally specialists in precision planting, GASPARDO is also recognized for the reliability and operational capacity of its row crop cultivators, carefully designed for inter-row tilling of the main extensive, cereal and horticultural crops. The HR model is characterised by the fixed frame of the mounted type capable of housing from 12 to 18 rows that can be spaced from a minimum of 45 - 50 up to a maximum of 70 - 80 cm.
GASPARDO row crop cultivator element is characterised by high-level structural solutions such as the robust double parallelogram connection system with high ground clearance with preload spring, quick release and solidly fixed elements. These have a staggered arrangement of the “Superflow” springs which allows both an easy flow of soil without any risk of clogging and mounting different types of working parts and side protections according to the different operating requirements.
During normal row crop cultivation operations in the field, the coupling with the tractor is of the mounted type, while for transport it is of the trailed type. The "Light" version can be transported on the road using the optional trolley equipped with steering wheels, while the version "with Integrated trolley" is equipped with a folding drawbar for semi-mounted attachment to the tractor.
Operational efficiency in the field can be improved thanks to the versions equipped with 4 fertilizer hoppers of 280 l each which concentrate the elimination of weeds, distribution and burying of the fertilizer in a single pass. The motion transmission is entrusted to the toothed drive wheels which ensure a high grip on the ground.
HR is the ideal row crop cultivator for large farms.
