AQUILA SUPER features the renowned double-skin frame structure, a signature of MASCHIO power harrows.
The 0.24-inch (6 mm) inner thickness and 0.2-inch (5 mm) outer thickness ensure exceptional rigidity and robustness without significantly increasing the weight.
Made from high-strength steel, it delivers top performance in all conditions.

The standard UP FLOATING system and optional DOWN FLOATING allow the wings of the frame to follow the ground contour, ensuring maximum soil refinement.

The setup is completed with HEAVY DUTY components such as cam-type side PTO shafts, forged blade holder shafts, ON GRIP blades, and speed-change side gearboxes.
This system allows adjustment of rotor speed based on the desired level of soil refinement.

The transmission and working components are made from top-grade materials through automated and high-precision manufacturing processes.
The rotor shafts with blade holders are precision-turned from a single forged piece of high-strength steel.

This is the only solution on the market where all transmission case gears are case-hardened and tempered.
The blades are forged from hardened boron steel and processed on highly automated lines.

The long 12-inch (30 cm) blades have a specially designed profile to maximize soil refinement under all working conditions.
The ON GRIP version is available upon request, or blades can be coated with tungsten carbide to extend their durability.

AQUILA SUPER can be combined with the CENTAURO cereal seed drill. This combined setup offers major advantages, primarily improving operational efficiency by allowing primary/secondary soil preparation and seeding in a single pass. With the new hydraulic seed bar exclusion kit, the soil can be worked with the seed bar tilted upward.
