Fixed chamber round baler with rollers and 10 knives rotor
MONDIALE 110 is the fixed chamber round baler with rollers designed and developed for hills and mountains, particular conditions that require a compact machine with a low center of gravity. The design of the rollers, with active conveying profile, has been designed to guarantee a secure and constant grip on all types of product, whether dry or wet, always keeping the forming bale in rotation. Further, the compact size and low weight allow it to be combined with low-power tractors, offering maximum maneuverability.
Spherical roller bearings offer maximum resistance to heavy workloads. The watertight seal makes work safe even in the presence of dust and product.
To increase productivity in the field and reduce possible downtime, MONDIALE 110 has been designed with a new drop floor. This is made to quickly prevent and solve possible blockages due to excessive product, facilitating the work of the operator who can find a solution very easily without getting off the tractor.
MONDIALE 110 is equipped with a TOPCUT feeding system consisting of 10 knives, with a length of the cut material of 77 mm. The cutting of the product guarantees a better harvesting efficiency and a greater exploitation of the bale chamber.
Depending on the product to be collected, it is possible to manually vary the pressure of the chamber up to 150 bar by means of seven positions.
MONDIALE 110 is the compact round baler with a low center of gravity, optimal for working in the hills and in the mountains for the collection of all products, even with different humidity. The sturdiness and small size make MONDIALE 110 also suitable for harvesting the vine shoots in the inter-row of the vineyard.
