GABBIANO SUPER

GABBIANO SUPER is characterised by the renowned structure with double skin frame, a feature of MASCHIO power harrows. The internal thickness of 6 mm and the external thickness of 5 mm allow greater rigidity and robustness without significantly increasing the weight. Made with high-strength steels, it ensures high performance in all conditions. The UP FLOATING system allows the two frame wings to move upwards and follow the ground profile to ensure max refinement in any soil and in any condition. The HEAVY DUTY equipment such as the cam PTO shaft, the direct side PTO shafts (LONG LIFE), wing closing hydraulic hooks complete the picture.

GABBIANO SUPER is also characterised by the central box with gearbox. The latter, thanks to a quick change of gears, allows to vary the rotation speed of the tines according to the required level of refinement.

The transmission and working parts are made with top quality materials and automated and high-precision production processes.  The rotor shafts with tine support are turned by a single high-strength steel forged piece.  The only solution on the market with all the gears of the case hardened and tempered transmission tank. The tines are forged with tempered boron steel and machined in highly automated lines. The long 30 cm tines have a profile specially designed to maximise soil refinement in all conditions. The ON GRIP version optional is available on request or, to extend its life, the tungsten carbide coverage.

GABBIANO SUPER allows the coupling in combination with CENTAURO cereal seed drill. The combined seeders solution provides significant advantages. First of all it increases operational efficiency thanks to the possibility of combining primary/secondary soil tillage with seeding in a single step.

The extensive standard equipment can be further enhanced with important equipment on request. The patented QUICK tine release system: simple and fast replacement in four simple steps. While PLUS stone deflectors system, thanks to the presence of protective wedges, protects the space between the rotors from impacts or intrusions with stones or other debris that could block them.
