Folding frame single speed power harrow

FALCO SUPER has been mechanically upgraded to offer an innovative, reliable and safe product with an attractive new design. Numerous improvements have been made, such as the patented "BLINDED" roller bearing, the use of synthetic oil in the gearboxes, the new high-strength steel side straps, and the telescopic steel side shaft guards. With the new 20 cm increased levelling bar, ground levelling is improved. All these upgrades together with the consolidated hardened and case-hardened gears, hardened knife support shafts, and HEAVY DUTY bearings have made it possible to increase the required power by 20 hp with a range of 110 to 240 HP.

FALCO SUPER is characterised by the renowned structure with double skin frame, a feature of MASCHIO power harrows. The internal thickness of 6 mm and the external thickness of 5 mm allow greater rigidity and robustness without significantly increasing the weight. Made with high-strength steels, it ensures high performance in all conditions. The UP FLOATING system allows the two frame wings to move upwards and follow the ground profile to ensure max refinement in any soil and in any condition. The HEAVY DUTY equipment such as the central cam PTO shaft, the direct side PTO shafts (LONG LIFE) with anti-lock forks and the wing closing hydraulic hooks complete the picture.

The transmission and working parts are made with top quality materials and automated and high-precision production processes. The rotor shafts with tine support are turned by a single high-strength steel forged piece. The only solution on the market with all the gears of the case hardened and tempered transmission tank. The tines are forged with tempered boron steel and machined in highly automated lines. The long 30 cm tines have a profile specially designed to maximise soil refinement in all conditions. The ON GRIP version are available on request or, to extend its life, the tungsten carbide coverage.

FALCO SUPER allows the coupling in combination with CENTAURO cereal seed drill. The combined seeders solution has significant advantages, first of all it increases operational efficiency thanks to the possibility of combining primary/secondary soil tillage with seeding in a single step.

FALCO SUPER offers a wide range of accessories that makes it more effective even in adverse conditions. The tractor wheel track eradicators eliminate the tractor footprints reducing compaction, while PLUS stone deflector system, thanks to the presence of protective wedges, protects the space between the rotors from impacts or intrusion of stones or other debris that could block them.

Finally, RAPIDO is available which involves the use of quick-fit Fast-release tine, to maximise performance and minimise machine downtime.
