Variable chamber round baler with mechanical variable geometry and 4 belts
EXTREME 1 LINO is a variable geometry and variable chamber round baler with mechanical control, ideal for flax harvesting thanks to a special and sturdy four-bar pick-up and a windrow press wheel. The high operating pressure of up to 195 bar allows the formation of compact and heavy bales. Its compatibility with even low-power tractors makes it efficient in all conditions, including when working with heavy windrows.
The management of the variable chamber is made possible by a double rocker controlled by hydraulic cylinders. The first defines the pressure and the bale diameter with the possibility of creating a zero-pressure pre-chamber up to 110 cm (43.3 inches), while the second rocker automatically compensates the tension of the four stapled belts measuring 179 mm (7 inches) during bale formation.
EXTREME 1 LINO has the capability to mechanically manage the pre-chamber size through a pin system located directly on the baler, offering 4 positions that create a pre-chamber ranging from a minimum diameter of 50 cm to a maximum of 110 cm, depending on the moisture level of the crop being harvested. The bale diameter is electronically controlled by the EASYTRONIC control unit.
The special 1,723 mm pick-up with a windrow press wheel allows for consistent crop collection and feeding into the compression chamber. The pick-up features 4 bars to ensure continuous feeding. Operating at 1,000 RPM, it delivers excellent harvesting performance in all conditions.
