MASCHIO GASPARDO S.p.A., as Data Controller, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), informs you that the personal data you provide will be processed in the manner and for the purposes set out below.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data, voluntarily provided by you through the relevant form, will be processed exclusively to provide the requested information, respond to your communication, and manage any technical assistance requests.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The data processed include: identification and contact details, as well as any other information you may voluntarily provide in the form.
LEGAL BASIS, PROVISION, AND RETENTION PERIOD
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which you are a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by you, as well as the Data Controller's legitimate interest in managing requests and addressing complaints. Providing personal data is necessary to obtain the requested information. Failure to provide such data will prevent our staff from responding to your requests. Data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the request and retained, if required by law, for the period specified by applicable regulations.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed by authorized personnel, appropriately trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Additionally, your data may be processed by third parties providing instrumental services, such as support and maintenance for machinery, communication services, email services, correspondence delivery, technical services for website management, IT service providers, or, depending on the requests, providers of services related to complaints or suggestions. Only the data strictly necessary for the fulfillment of these services will be shared with the aforementioned parties. When such communications are made outside the European Union, they will be carried out in compliance with the safeguards provided by data protection regulations and ensuring appropriate protection for the data subject through the signing of specific agreements (standard contractual clauses, Binding Corporate Rules, etc.). YOUR RIGHTS
You are informed that, with regard to the same data, you may exercise at any time the rights provided under Chapter III of the Regulation. In particular, you have the right to request from the Data Controller access to your data, their rectification or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, restriction of processing; to receive the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; to object in whole or in part to the use of data; as well as to exercise other rights recognized by applicable regulations. These rights can be exercised by sending a written request to the above-mentioned contact details or via email to the following address: privacy@maschio.com. Furthermore, under Article 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
