Pneumatic seed drill for direct seeding of cereals with hydraulic closing frame
GIGANTE PRESSURE represents the flagship of GASPARDO range in the direct seed drill segment. The result of GASPARDO's experience in the sector, GIGANTE PRESSURE is characterised by a semi-mounted folding frame with 2-point hitch available in the 4, 5 and 6 meters by up to 40 rows versions, ideal for seeding crops such as cereals, soy beans, rapeseed and forage.
GIGANTE PRESSURE uses GASPARDO direct seed drill element, capable of exerting a maximum ground pressure of 260 kg thanks to HEAVY DUTY structural solutions such as the large diameter toothed disc coulter (475 mm) with trim adjustment spring, wear-resistant cast iron coulter and independent closing wheel arm with dedicated adjustment spring. The seeding depth adjustable by means of the interchangeable depth wheel coupled to the disc coulter, allows easy and quick setting according to the crop and the soil.
The folding frame with semi-mounted tractor hitch allows for road transport, which in all versions has a footprint of only 3 m, in compliance with the Community regulations in force on Mother Regulations for on-road travel. Its sturdy structure supports the seeding elements, arranged in two staggered rows along the rows of 15 or 18 cm, offering a wide choice to farmers according to their needs.
The 2,390 l pressurized hermetically sealed hopper with partition into 1,575 l for the seed and 815 l for the fertilizer, is placed in a lowered position to ensure maximum stability even on hills. Pressurization optimises the distribution of the seed and fertilizer up to the sowing furrow: with a single pass in the field, high efficiency of assimilation of the product by the roots is obtained. The double line system, available on request, allows to distribute 2 different products on the two rows. In this way it is possible to manage the distances between sowing rows in case of distribution of a single product or the distribution of mixtures of crops.
The ISOTRONIC electric transmission with ISOBUS communication protocol allows digital control of the seed drill and the use of all Precision Farming functions.
