Variable chamber round baler with electronic pressure management
SUPREMA is a variable chamber round baler equipped with electronic pressure control, designed to deliver ease of use and produce high-density bales up to 1.65 meters in diameter. Featuring the EASYTRONIC control unit and a dedicated valve, it operates at pressures of up to 210 bar, ensuring exceptional performance. SUPREMA guarantees reliability and versatility in handling hay, straw, and wet forage, providing optimal results across various types of products.
SUPREMA features an advanced electronic pressure management system that precisely regulates bale density during the three stages of formation: core, middle layer, and outer layer. With a dedicated valve controlled by the EASYTRONIC unit and the action of a single balancer, operators can conveniently set the pressure levels suitable for the crop directly from the cab. The system operates up to 210 bar, delivering uniform, high-density bales even in wet forage or dry straw conditions.
SUPREMA is versatile, offering 3 different feeding systems: HTI alternative packer feeder, HTR rotary feeder, HTC rotary cutter feeder with 13 knives and a cutting length of 77 mm. The stars of all the rotors are made of high-strength steel to minimize wear during operation.
SUPREMA allows independent pressure adjustment on three zones of the bale – core, middle part, and outer shell – optimizing density according to the type and moisture of the product.
This system guarantees stable, well-formed, and easily manageable bales in all operating conditions, with total control from the EASYTRONIC control unit.
The 2.2 m wide pick-up with pivoting wheels, with a rake or flow conveyor plate, allows operation even in the presence of irregular and abundant windrows. Product collection is gentle with any type of forage, preserving the leaves on the stem, the most protein-rich part of legumes. The machine can be equipped with a windrow pressing roller.
