EXTREME 1

The internal geometry of the variable chamber is managed by a double rocker arm system controlled by hydraulic cylinders. The first rocker defines the pressure and the diameter of the bale, allowing the creation of a pre-chamber with zero pressure up to 43 inches, while the second rocker automatically compensates for the tension of the six clinched belts during bale formation.

EXTREME 1 allows mechanical adjustment of the pre-chamber size through a pin system located directly on the sides of the round baler. This system offers 4 positions that lock the main rocker arm in the desired setting, creating a pre-chamber ranging from a minimum of 20 inches to a maximum of 43 inches, to be selected according to the humidity and type of crop being collected.

The large 87-inch pick-up with pivoting wheels, available with rake or flow conveyor plate, allows operation even with irregular and abundant windrows. Product harvesting is gentle with any type of forage, preserving the leaves—the most protein-rich part of legumes—on the stem. The machine can also be equipped with a windrow press roller.

EXTREME 1 is versatile and offers 3 feeding system options: HTI with alternative feeder, HTR rotary feeder, and HTC rotary feeder with 13 knives and a cutting length of 3 inches. All rotor stars are made of high-strength HARDOX steel to minimize wear during operation.
