Ease of use and setting are the characteristics that distinguish PRIMO fertilizer spreader. The double shutter system guarantees unique precision. The lower shutter regulates the flow of product to the disc, while the upper one interrupts or restarts the distribution (ON/OFF). At the beginning and end of the field, the possibility of acting only on one shutter (the ON/OFF one), guarantees a unique promptness of response that reduces underdosing at the beginning of the field and overdosing at the headland. This makes PRIMO one of the most accurate fertilizer spreaders on the market. Furthermore, the possibility of varying the working width by acting on the point where the fertilizer falls on the disc, instead of adjusting the vanes of the discs, makes the fertilizer spreader quick and easy to adjust.

The 640 kg/min distribution system, one of the highest in the category, combined with the hopper that allows loading up to 3,200 kg and the maximum working width of 36 m, ensure high hourly yields, increasing productivity and minimising accessory times. 

PRIMO E ISOTRONIC and PRIMO EW ISOTRONIC versions, with ISOBUS communication system with internally developed and AEF certified software, were developed for precision farming allowing the management of the variable dose (VR), of spreading sections (SC) and the possibility of importing-exporting work data. The ON/OFF and dose adjustments are controlled by electric actuators, to always guarantee maximum distribution precision. The drop point control can be adjusted manually, or automatically on request (SECTION CONTROL PRO) which allows both the adjustment of the working width and the control of the sections. In the presence of an already treated area, the automatic closure of the sections (4 left and 4 right) maximises distribution efficiency without waste or damage to the crop.
