Centrifugal double-disc spreader compact version for localized spreading in rows and open fields
CIRO is the double disc fertilizer spreader with reduced overall dimensions, designed for the fertilization needs of small and medium plots, for broadcast or localized inter-row treatment. Compact, robust, ideal for use with small power or compact width tractors (vineyard/orchard versions), CIRO is indispensable in the presence of narrow passages (e.g. near rows of plants) and can spread with precision mineral fertilizers, organic, organo-mineral compounds and seeds up to a working width of 18 m.
The CIRO model is characterized by a series of features that make it highly professional equipment. The massive use of stainless steel both for the hopper (INOX version) and for the feeding and spreading units and all the bolts, guarantee high resistance to corrosion over time. The efficiency and quality of distribution in the field are made possible by systems such as "Vibrofeed" feeding, the vibrating grid that allows the screening of the fertilizer without the aid of mechanical devices (shaker) that could damage the fertilizer/seed, the automatic correction of the exit angle and the independent hydraulic opening/closing control for the right and left side. To meet the needs of the most demanding farmers, the orchard version is available with a minimum spreading width of between 2 and 5 m and an additional hopper extension up to a maximum of 800 l: this configuration, thanks to a removable deflector, can also work in open field (width up to 12 m), becoming a machine with a double use possibility.
To increase field operations, the CIRO E version is available which adds to the already complete standard equipment of the basic model, the electronic distribution proportional to the forward speed (DPAE), implemented by servomotors and controllable via a dedicated monitor (supplied). The CIRO EW version adds to the DPAE the continuous weighing system using load cells to further improve operational efficiency.
