Mounted double disc mower/conditioner
The MASCHIO GASPARDO haymaking range offers maximum productivity with the BORA TWIN rear-mounted mower, which has a working width of up to 28.2 feet. BORA TWIN can be paired with the front-mounted BORA F version to cover the entire cutting width. Equipped with 16 discs, each featuring two helical tines, it ensures a clean and uniform cut. Available with or without a polyethylene tine conditioner, this combination maximizes daily productivity and cutting quality.
The new bar features a completely flat base and a lowered profile, with an adjustable cutting height of up to 3.9 inches. This always protects the turf by reducing contact pressure during mowing and ensures faster regrowth for subsequent cuts.
Thanks to the practical and rapid blade replacement system, BORA TWIN reduces repair time and allows mowing operations to resume quickly. Each blade is precisely angled to guarantee a clean and sharp cut that protects the crop without contaminating it, even in the case of lodged forage.
In the event of a disc striking an obstacle, ShockPRO hubs with built-in protection deliberately break to safeguard the mower bar’s transmission. The system keeps the entire mechanism firmly secured, allowing a quick stop and replacement of the damaged hub, minimizing costs and downtime.
