Fixed chamber round baler with rollers and rotor
MONDIALE 120 is the fixed chamber round baler with alternative feeder, which allows to enhance the harvested product thanks to a Heavy Duty roller compression chamber for high productivity and excellent product conservation. The regular flow inside the chamber allows to operate at good speeds even on uneven ground, packing up to a maximum pressure of 180 bar. The presence of a knife cutting system allows to obtain a uniform and denser bale, maximizing the space inside the bale chamber.
The large 7.2 ft pick-up with 4 tine bars allows to operate even in the presence of not perfectly regular and abundant windrows. The harvest of the product is delicate with any type of forage, preserving the leaves on the stem, the most protein-rich part of legumes. The machine can be equipped with a windrow press roller.
MONDIALE 120 can be requested with two feeding systems: TOPCUT consisting of 15 knives, with a length of the cut product of 3 in, and ULTRACUT consisting of 25 knives, in two cutting groups of 12 and 13 knives respectively, which can be used together or separately. The minimum cut is 1.8 in. Better harvesting efficiency and greater exploitation of the bale chamber is ensured.
To guarantee a machine that is always performing and respond to the various needs of contractors who stress machines for long time, MONDIALE 120 is equipped with 1 ”¼ reinforced chains capable of withstanding the heaviest stresses.
MONDIALE 120 is equipped with an automatic chain oiling system with a rotary pump, which allows the round baler to be constantly oiled during work, ensuring fewer interruptions for the operator. The large and resistant brushes guarantee perfect lubrication.
