Hydraulic folding pneumatic seed drill for cereals
PINA introduces the segment of pneumatic in-line seed drills for cereals. The result of GASPARDO's experience in the sector, PINA is characterised by its ease of use, reliability and high sowing precision. Based on a mounted frame with hydraulically closing side wings, it is available in 4 and 4.5 m versions up to a maximum of 32 rows, ideal for sowing crops such as cereals and rapeseed.
PINA is characterised by an excellent combination of robustness and compactness, allowing it to sow with high precision on well-refined soils. The 800-litre hopper ensures great autonomy and high stability, while the hydraulically folding sowing bar reduces the transport width to just 2.5 metres, ideal for those who are constantly on the move.
The renowned GASPARDO transmission system with three-cam gearbox in oil bath, which can also be operated while moving, works in combination with pneumatic seed transport. This system uses the BY-PASS patent, which significantly increases forward speed, reducing sowing time and costs without compromising distribution uniformity across the entire working width and allowing operation in difficult conditions such as sowing on hillsides. To minimise seed waste, an electric sowing interruption system is available on request, which uses a special electric motor to immediately interrupt seed distribution, an ideal solution for headlands.
Depending on the type and shape of the seed to be distributed, four types of metering rollers are available. Characterised by a large diameter, they reduce the number of revolutions and product losses. A large number of cells arranged in a staggered pattern ensures continuous and uniform metering.
Sowing performance can be optimised on all types of soil thanks to the choice between a boot coulter or a simple disc coulter with a depth limiter.
PINA is the seed drill for small to medium-sized farms that require an efficient, fast and compact machine.
