Variable chamber round baler with mechanical variable geometry and 4 belts
EXTREME 1 LINO is a variable geometry and chamber round baler with mechanical control, ideal for flax harvesting thanks to a special and sturdy 4-bar pickup and windrow roller. The high operating pressure up to 2,827 psi (195 bar) allows the formation of compact, heavy bales. Its compatibility with lower horsepower tractors makes it efficient in every condition, even with heavy windrows.
The variable chamber is controlled by a double rocker arm operated by hydraulic cylinders. The first defines the bale pressure and diameter, with the possibility to create a zero-pressure pre-chamber up to 43 inches (110 cm), while the second rocker automatically adjusts the tension of the four 7-inch (179 mm) clip belts during bale formation.
EXTREME 1 LINO allows mechanical adjustment of the pre-chamber size using a pin system directly on the baler, with 4 positions, creating a pre-chamber from a minimum diameter of 20 inches (50 cm) to a maximum of 43 inches (110 cm), depending on the moisture level of the crop. The bale diameter is electronically controlled by the EASYTRONIC control unit.
The special 67.8-inch (1,723 mm) pickup with windrow roller ensures constant feeding of the compression chamber. The pickup has 4 bars for continuous feeding. The 1,000 RPM rotation speed provides excellent harvesting performance in all conditions.
