AQUILA SUPER stands out for its renowned double-box frame structure, a hallmark of MASCHIO harrows. The inner thickness of 0.24 inches (6 mm) and outer thickness of 0.20 inches (5 mm) ensure remarkable rigidity and strength without significantly increasing weight. Made with high-strength steel, it guarantees top performance in all conditions. The standard UP FLOATING and optional DOWN FLOATING systems allow the frame wings to follow the ground profile, ensuring the highest degree of soil refinement. Completing the setup are HEAVY DUTY features such as side cam shafts, forged knife shafts, ON GRIP knives, and side gearboxes with speed change capability. This system allows varying the knife rotation speed depending on the required level of soil refinement.

Manufactured with high-strength steel, it delivers excellent performance under all conditions. Completing the setup are the HEAVY DUTY features such as lateral cam-type PTO shafts, forged rotor shafts, ON GRIP blades, and lateral gearboxes with speed change. This system allows the blade rotation speed to be adjusted according to the desired level of soil refinement.
The transmission and working components are made from top-quality materials using highly precise, automated production processes. The rotor shafts with blade holders are turned from a single piece of high-strength forged steel. This is a unique solution on the market, featuring all transmission bath gears case-hardened and tempered. The blades are forged from tempered boron steel and processed on highly automated lines. The long 12-inch (30 cm) blades have a specially designed profile to maximize soil refinement under all conditions. Upon request, the On GRIP version is available, or a tungsten carbide coating can be applied to extend durability.
AQUILA SUPER allows coupling in combination with the CENTAURO cereal seeder. The combined solution offers significant advantages, foremost among them increasing operational efficiency by enabling primary/secondary soil tillage and sowing in a single pass.
The rich standard equipment can be further enhanced with important optional features. The patented RAPIDO knife release system allows quick and easy replacement in just four simple steps. Meanwhile, the PLUS stone protection system, thanks to the presence of protective wedges, shields the space between the rotors from impacts or intrusion by stones or other debris that could cause blockages.
