Rigid frame single speed rotary tiller
Model G rotary tiller is the best option for preparing the seeding bed in the most difficult conditions, such as direct tillage on firm ground or summer tillage with dry and tough soil. The different rotors and the numerous optionals available make G rotary tiller suitable for all conditions of use with working widths up to 13.8 ft and coupled with tractors of up to 320 HP.
Model G is the top of MASCHIO rotary tillers with rigid frame and for this reason it has a complete and HEAVY DUTY type equipment, such as the double sheet frame, spherical roller bearings, waterproof seals and 4-gears side drive. The powerful gearbox allows a rotation speed of 258 rpm. In addition, a 330 rpm version is available, ideal for high refinements for potato or carrot type crops.
The variety of optional equipment such as the rear rollers, the anti-clogging kit, the double flanges and tungsten carbide-tipped blades make it possible to obtain equipment capable of any type of soil tillage, even in the most difficult conditions. Condor rotor is important for stony soils or quick release system of the blades that allows a change by acting on 3 bolts instead of 12.
To meet the demands for high power up to 320 HP, the 13.8 ft version is equipped with side Double Transmission (DT), a system that allows for better motion transmission and uniform distribution of the load. The two side PTO shafts of the upper transmission are protected by a metal hood for greater durability and operator safety.
