All tools are manufactured at the MASCHIO GASPARDO facility in Cadoneghe (PD) using top-quality boron steel, with a certified and controlled composition to maximize durability. Blades, knives, points, shares, and chisels are forged and treated to ensure high wear resistance. The special TUNGSTEN treatment significantly extends the tools' service life. The new WIDIA points ensure increased wear resistance and better adaptability to sandy, abrasive, or residue-rich soils.
Versatility
Blades and knives are available in various thicknesses and lengths, allowing work in all soil conditions. QUICK - FIT is a quick-release system for blades, knives, and points. The specific geometry of the component coupling simplifies and speeds up replacement operations. The special ON - GRIP knife was developed to refine the seedbed in untilled soils with residue: its structure prevents plow pans and surface crusts from forming.
Performance
Knife holders are forged and undergo a special toothing process that ensures maximum resistance and perfect gear coupling. Bearings are designed to provide machine stability and withstand heavy loads. Holders and plates are bolted to the plough frame to guarantee resistance, reliability, and working stability even under high stress.

Hammers and knives feature self-sharpening boron steel cutting edges and, thanks to the forging and processing of the steel, offer long-lasting durability even under the most demanding conditions.
Versatility
MASCHIO GASPARDO offers various types and sizes of tools depending on the application: grass and lawn mowing, shredding of weeds and shrubs, or managing crop and pruning residues. Choosing the most suitable tool ensures uniform cutting and proper chopping fineness.
Performance
Barrel-ring bearings withstand heavy loads and provide high stability. Rotor holders are made from hot-stamped steel and are mounted inside the side frame to protect the bearings, making the shredder much more robust. Pins and bushings, ground and made from hardened steel, are designed for increased wear resistance over time.

Shape
The disc shape has been designed in-house by our R&D department to ensure high-quality seeding. The opener disc, with a 420 mm diameter, forms a narrow and deep "V" furrow in all field conditions. The fork-shaped seed coverer teeth ensure uniform furrow coverage in both tough soils and in the presence of crop residues.
Versatility
The wide range of seeding discs offers different solutions to ensure maximum seeding uniformity regardless of seed shape, type, or size. The countersinking ensures optimal seed contact and perfect hole cleaning for the highest deposition quality.
Performance
CHRONO is the new high-speed precision seeding technology. The body and distributor cover are made from high-strength aluminum, and the bell minimizes friction on the seeding disc, which is made from a new plastic material.
The SUPER SEAL solution for opener discs combines three levels of protection: inner and outer flanges, self-lubricating bushings, and SUPER SEAL gasket. This system ensures proper sealing even under the most challenging conditions.

Each fertilizer spreader disc is stamped to ensure a uniform surface. The vanes are made of stainless steel, offering resistance to the abrasive action of fertilizer for greater durability and long-term efficiency. The hopper bottom and all adjustment parts are made of stainless steel to resist corrosion.
Versatility
A versatile spread is possible thanks to the availability of two discs: one for working widths from 12 to 21 meters and one from 21 to 36 meters. The quick-release system also allows for simple and fast disc replacement.

Spreading control is adjustable both manually and electrically. The shape of the slide and all its components ensures constant distribution under all dosing conditions. The mower cutting system is available in standard or detachable tooth versions and standard or double section versions. In round balers, the cutting system is versatile thanks to different rotors depending on the crop. Pickup widths from 180 to 220 mm allow operation even with irregular or abundant windrows.
Performance
The exclusive tooth-blade sliding system ensures high mowing performance, absorbs vibrations, and extends the life of connecting rods and tools. Round baler knives feature a safety system that activates in case of collision with foreign objects. To meet all needs, reinforced 1'' ¼ chains have been developed to withstand the highest stresses. The pickup cam can be adjusted to suit different crop types and moisture levels.

Diaphragm-piston pumps are available in anodized aluminum or brass. The DESMOPAN diaphragm is flexible and elastic to ensure high resistance to most pesticides and fertilizers used. Valves and filters are easily accessible, allowing for regular maintenance and extending component life.

A wide range of nozzles is available in various sizes for each type of treatment, ensuring proper product distribution. Ceramic nozzles offer excellent abrasion resistance. The TREEJET system, which allows 3 nozzles on the same distributor, makes it easy and quick to switch between nozzles for the correct configuration at all times.
Performance
The circuit rinsing system features internal rotating nozzles that optimize machine cleaning. The SELETRON system enables electronic control of each nozzle to ensure maximum precision, avoid overlaps, and optimize product usage. The filter mesh structure reduces the risk of nozzle clogging.
