VELOCE

VELOCE is a lightweight disc harrow featuring 20.5 inches discs arranged in two gangs facing in opposite directions. The wide 31.5 inches spacing between the gangs ensures optimal soil mixing for perfect crop residue handling in any working condition. Effective on soil and efficient on a field scale, VELOCE delivers high output and low consumption levels, given its speed of around 9.3 miles per hour.

Discs are 20.5 inches in diameter, and come in an aggressive or less aggressive version, to be chosen based on the soil type. They are individually cushioned with 4 natural rubber silent block shock absorbers that, in conjunction with the SKF bearing-Agri Hub assembly, ensure unbeatable reliability and low maintenance.  The bearing is protected against the ingress of dust, mud and dirt by a special seal and a screw-on cover, which ensure unbeatable reliability. The hub has been designed to offer maintenance-free top performance!

The frame features two gangs with a significant spacing (31.5 inches) and ensures optimal handling of soil and large amounts of residue. As it works across the field, the folding VELOCE keeps its wings open and rigid to enable uniform tillage across the whole working width. The generous containment panels stop ridges forming at the edges of the area being tilled and have a fixed and a floating position. Front depth gauge wheels are also available as an optional extra to stabilize and support the wings.

With an extensive range of rear rollers to choose from, you can be sure of perfect soil levelling to ensure a uniform seedbed. In addition to adjusting working height by means of mechanical jacks, the rear roller can be fitted, on request, with a hydraulic adjustment system that can be controlled from the comfort of the tractor's cab.
