Centrifugal double-disc fertilizer
ZENO is a centrifugal double disc fertilizer spreader developed to accurately distribute small and large quantities of mineral fertilizers, organic and organic-mineral compounds, and seeds, with great evenness of distribution. Simple and robust, it is available in three versions with working widths up to 36 m.
The ZENO model is characterized by a series of features that make it highly professional equipment. The massive use of stainless steel both for the hopper (INOX version) and for the feeding and spreading units and all the bolts, guarantee high resistance to corrosion over time. The efficiency and quality of distribution in the field are made possible by systems such as "Vibrofeed" feeding, the exclusive vibrating grid that allows the screening of the fertilizer without the aid of mechanical devices (shaker) that could damage the fertilizer/seed, the automatic correction of the exit angle and the independent hydraulic opening/closing control for the right and left side.
The ZENO model is characterized by solutions that make some operations extremely fast and safe, such as the tipping system of the hopper, which allows it to be emptied quickly. On request, the trolley for conversion into a towed version is available as an option (not approved for road use), which allows it to be coupled with medium-low power tractors, especially in the versions with high load capacity.
Thanks to its working width of up to 36 m, combined with the possibility of equipping the hopper with additional extensions for a total of 3,000 l of capacity, the ZENO 32 version guarantees high hourly yields to the advantage of productivity.
