The governor of Iowa visits the headquarters of Maschio Gaspardo

Kim Reynolds, governor of Iowa since 2017, visited the Campodarsego (PD) headquarters of Maschio Gaspardo in order to enhance business opportunities in the Iowa agricultural sector and in the United States in general. Maschio Gaspardo, a world leader in the production of agricultural equipment, has been present in the state of Iowa with a branch since 2014 in De Witt, actively supporting the local economy and offering innovative solutions for agricultural producers.

During the visit, Governor Reynolds had the opportunity to discover the most advanced technologies in the field of mechanics and mechatronics, produced in Campodarsego.

"It is an honour to welcome Governor Kim Reynolds to our Headquarters here in Campodarsego," said Mirco Maschio, President of Maschio Gaspardo.

"We are strongly interested in finding a local agricultural equipment manufacturer as the United States is a country with a strong agricultural focus. We have chosen to invest in IOWA, the leading corn producer in the US and one of the most important states in the 'Corn Belt'. We look at the US as a land of great opportunities for our company and it was important for us to establish this strategic relationship with the Iowa government."

Andrea Maschio, President of Maschio Holding spa, continues, "We are grateful for the support and opportunity for dialogue offered by the state government, and we are excited to work together to continue to promote agriculture in the United States. With our Research and Development department, made up of a team of highly qualified engineers, we develop the latest agricultural technology with the aim of implementing it in the United States by matching it with local know-how".
