ISOTRONIC, the ISOBUS system of MASCHIO GASPARDO

ISOTRONIC is the digital control system of MASCHIO GASPARDO equipment based on ISOBUS communication protocol. Developed entirely by our R&D department, it has been implemented to maximise the benefits of the Precision Farming functions. Through this communication protocol, it is possible to adjust the operation parameters of your equipment comfortably from your cabin with a few clicks on the Universal Terminal: in this way, you can obtain better operational comfort and reduce additional machine setting times.

ISOBUS functions

UT: UT is the graphic interface of all ISOBUS functions of the equipment connected to the tractor. The monitor directly controls the tractor and the equipment ECU (ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT) connected to it allowing them to work.
 
  • A single connection in the tractor to control any ISOBUS equipment;
  • Functions of equipment monitoring and of basic setting;
  • Ease of use.
AUX-N: It allows easy use of complex devices through special control interfaces.
 
  • Continuous and combined equipment management functions through joystick.
TC-BAS: It provides important information recognised from the equipment during work. To exchange data between the company management system and the Task Controller, the ISO XML data format has to be use. It is possibile to easily import work parameters into the Task Controller and/or export the final documentation later.
 
  • Import of prescription maps from company's management software to Virtual Terminal;
  • Export of work documentation made by Virtual Terminal to company's management software;
  • Remote transfer (cloud) for Agriculture 4.0.
TC-GEO: Additional ability to acquire data based on location or to plan the work on the location basis, such as through geo-referenced prescription maps.
 
  • Maximum efficiency in the use of production inputs as function of variability.
TC-SC: Automatic equipment section control (e.g. a sprayer for plant protection or a seeder/fertilizer spreader for seeds and fertilizer) based on the GPS position and on the required overlapping level.
 
  • Automatic distribution input turn off in case of overlapping and reactivation in the areas to work;
  • Seeds, fertilizer and micro granular products saving;
  • Increased working comfort.
