VELOCE TX ISOTRONIC is MASCHIO GASPARDO's first disc harrow to utilize the ISOBUS standard for full movement control. From opening and closing during the transition between working and transport phases to depth adjustment and calibration, every function is seamlessly managed.
Perfect performance, anywhere
Thanks to the two rows of X-shaped discs, the VELOCE TX ISOTRONIC ensures aggressive cutting and effective mixing of crop residues down to a depth of 15 cm. The optimized inter-row spacing promotes smooth material flow, even at high speeds, making soil and residue management easy and efficient. This configuration guarantees balanced and drift-free traction, ideal for working in straight lines, even on hilly terrain and with GPS support. To complete the job, the rear roller—available in various configurations—delivers perfect soil reconsolidation tailored to field requirements.
Uncompromised mobility
Despite its generous dimensions, the folding frame allows for a transport width of just 3 meters and a height of 4 meters. Versions equipped with a braking system comply with the Mother Regulation (optional) for safe road transport within the European Union.
Four high-resilience rubber cylinders, Swiss-made for superior elastic energy absorption, provide rigidity to the entire disc gang, ensuring aggressive soil work without compromising the ability to absorb ground unevenness. All of this is achieved with zero maintenance requirements.
The hubs, manufactured by SKF®, feature each disc mounted on special opposing spherical bearings. The bearing is sealed against dust, mud, and dirt by a specialized gasket and a screwed cover, ensuring maximum reliability. Designed to deliver top performance with minimal maintenance, the hub eliminates the need for periodic greasing of individual discs!
The discs have a concave shape, arranged in two rows in an "X" configuration. They are available in diameters of 560 mm or 520 mm (optional), with 9 or 15 teeth depending on the amount of crop residue to manage. Their horizontal and vertical inclination (17° and 7°, respectively) ensures improved mixing of soil and crop residues.
On the side opposite the adjustment discs, the side containment deflector ensures an excellent finishing of the work. Standard on all versions.
Three roller options are available for all versions and in various diameters: double "U" (460 mm), double cage (400 mm), and ring packer (600 mm). These options allow for effective management of any soil type, ensuring leveling, compaction, and agronomic benefits.
