Multi purpose displaceable mulcher for grass and pruning up to Ø 12 cm
TIGRE is a versatile offset mulcher for grass and woody material up to 12 cm. Featuring impressive operating capabilities, TIGRE can be used in a whole host of situations, such as on row crops, cover-cropped land and stubble, proving the ideal machine for large businesses and contractors. TIGRE comes in working widths ranging from 2.1 to 3.0 m and is designed to work with tractors with a horsepower of up to 140 HP.
The cutting chamber on TIGRE features a double-skinned construction (4 + 4 mm) and has an electronically balanced rotor measuring 194 mm in diameter and 10 mm thick. The tools - hammer flails or blades - are arranged in 4 rows at 90 degrees, resulting in a rugged design and wear resistance. The two toothed counter blades allow the machine to mulch even the more voluminous residues and thicker branches into fine pieces. The body is reinforced with the addition of a sheet metal internal housing for extra strength.
For finer mulching of the residue, TIGRE can be equipped with adjustable collecting rakes. Residue is retained under the bonnet, allowing it to be broken down further to a given size. The two larger sizes, on the other hand, feature the conveyor kit.
Providing even more practical use while on the job, TIGRE can also be ordered with hydraulic offset. This allows the operator to control offset positioning without leaving the tractor's cab. The side shift system on wheels keeps the implement parallel to the ground at all times.
To cater to the requirements of demanding operators who often find themselves working on stony ground, there is the option of a rotor with tools fitted in a spiral arrangement on damage-prevention mounts.
