Rigid frame tine cultivator
TERREMOTO 2 is a mounted stubble cultivator that is perfect for Minimum Tillage operations. Based on the structure of the bigger model TERREMOTO 3, it is ideal for direct tillage even on hard ground, seedbed preparation and crop residue burial. Equipped with fixed mounted frame, it is available in three working widths ranging from 2,5, 3 and 3,5 metres for tractors with horsepower between 90 and 180 HP.
TERREMOTO 2 features a solid frame, which is fixed for all the three different working widths. The tines, arranged in two rows 70 cm apart, have a clearance under the frame of 88 cm. The 6 tines in size 250 and 7 in sizes 300 and 350 are well spaced to ensure adequate overlap at all times for correct soil flow even in the presence of heavy residue. The option of setting two different tine angles, the addition of 470 mm wings, and the shear bolt or NO STOP twin-spring safety systems together make it perfectly safe to work down to depths of 25 cm.
Teamed with the rear row of 520mm discs mounted on silent-block
shock absorbers, the implement incorporates crop residue into the soil, while the rear roller levels the surface, closing any furrows. TERREMOTO 2 is versatile and can be used all year round. In summer, it is ideal for seedbed preparation, even on hard ground, for a second harvest; in autumn, for crop residue burial, even on damp soil; and lastly, in winter to spring, for roughing in both conventional and minimum-tillage systems.
Despite the fact that TERREMOTO 2 is equipped with only two rows of tines, the correct overlapping of the tines and subsequent refinement is never compromised by the discs and rear roller; to satisfy all the needs, different types of rollers such as the 450, 550 and 600 cage roller are available. TERREMOTO 2 exalts its compactness qualities both on field and on road transfers, thus making these operations easier, faster and safer.
