Mounted pneumatic precision planter with telescopic closure frame
MARTA precision planter fits within the category of MTR range telescopic frames. Thanks to over ten years’ experience in the precision planter sector and the versatility of MTR unit capable of planting in conditions of both fine and minimally tilled soils, MARTA model offers 6-row versions with 75 or 7-row with 60 inter-row spacing, ideal for planting crops such as corn, sunflower and soy.
MTR planting unit is characterised by high-level structural solutions such as the sturdy double parallelogram connection system with adjustable load spring, double disc coulter, independent rocker depth wheels, distributor body made in cast aluminium and large 36 l capacity hopper.
MTR planting unit is coupled to the frame with two hydraulically operated telescopic extensions which ensure road widths of 2.5 and 3 meters depending on the version. These reduced dimensions are made possible by the transmission wheels in the front position which also allow to avoid the risk of jamming with stones and stones.
The mechanical transmission is based on the renowned homokinetic joint system which requires no maintenance. Thanks to an electromechanical system, the transmission of each unit can be conveniently interrupted thanks to the quick release exclusion of the cardan shaft or by command, allowing in this case the control of the sections.
To increase versatility and reduce the number of passes in the field, various configurations are available that can be combined with microgranulator and fertilizer spreader, the latter with a suffolk or double disc coulter.
