JUMBO SUPER RAPIDO

JUMBO SUPER RAPIDO stands out for its particularly robust mechanics, ideal for contractors and medium to large farms that require versatile and reliable machines. Numerous improvements include the new "POWER HUB" knife support bearing assembly, the patented "BLINDATO" roller bearing, the use of synthetic oil in gearbox housings, new high-strength steel side plates, a central gearbox oil cooling system, and telescopic steel drive shaft protections. The refined soil leveling has been enhanced with the new 20 cm wider leveling bar. All these upgrades, along with the proven hardened and cemented gears, tempered knife support shafts, and HEAVY DUTY bearings, have increased refining performance and reduced maintenance requirements.

JUMBO SUPER RAPIDO is characterised by a very solid, double skin frame structure, a feature of MASCHIO GASPARDO power harrows. The internal thickness of 6 mm and the external thickness of 5 mm allow greater rigidity and robustness without significantly increasing the weight. Made with high-strength steels, it ensures high performance in all conditions. The use of reinforced spherical roller bearings and the fully revised gearboxes, equipped with 6 bearings, ensure high resistance over time and greater stability. The picture is completed by HEAVY DUTY equipment such as the lateral cam PTO shafts, more robust tine-holder shafts, and thicker tines that hook onto tine-holders that are single-block castings.

To ensure top performances, JUMBO SUPER RAPIDO is standard equipped with top-quality equipment. The rotor shafts with tine support are turned by a single high-strength steel forged piece.  The long 32 cm tines are forged with tempered boron steel and machined in highly automated lines. Their profile is specially designed to maximise soil refinement in all conditions. The tungsten carbide coating is provided as standard to extend its life.

The combined work between tines with tungsten carbide coating, which ensure resistance up to 3 times higher than normal tines, the gearbox cooling system make it possible to work on any soil and under any conditions, even continuously. In addition, the UP & DOWN FLOATING function, allows the hydraulic floating of the two side wings. This system is used to better follow the contours of the ground, ideal for a harrow that reaches 8 metres in width, especially when working on uneven or hilly terrain.

Thanks to the arrangement of the rear transport wheels, available upon request, JUMBO SUPER RAPIDO is much easier to transport and, consequently, the tractor lifter is subjected to less strain.
