Folding frame single speed power harrow
CORVO is the smallest of the power harrows with folding frame. Ideal for refining seeding beds after primary tillage, it ensures reduced compaction and perfect levelling. Available in two versions up to 4 m wide, it is ideal for coupling with low power tractors up to 140 HP.
In its category, CORVO is the only power harrow to be equipped with monocoque transmission body that makes the machine extremely light. Made with high-strength steels, it ensures high performance in all conditions. The tines are bolted to the shaft support which, thanks to the circular shape, significantly reduces the force of impact with stones and debris, reducing the risk of damage.
CORVO has a 1000 rpm gearbox which, by means of two side PTO shafts, transfers the motion to the two side single speed gears, ensure a rotor speed of 357 rpm. This allows an excellent refinement of the soil even on heavy or compacted soils.
The transmission and working parts are made with top quality materials and automated and high-precision production processes. The rotor shafts with tine support are turned by a single high-strength steel forged piece. The tines are forged with tempered boron steel and machined in highly automated lines. Their profile is specially designed to maximise soil refinement in all conditions.
CORVO offers a wide range of accessories that makes it more effective even in adverse conditions. The tractor wheel track eradicators eliminate the tractor footprints reducing compaction, while PLUS stone deflectors system, thanks to the presence of protective wedges, protects the space between the rotors from impacts or intrusion of stones or debris that could block them.
CORVO is the ideal harrow for medium-sized farms that do not have high-powered tractors, all without sacrificing the consolidated robustness and reliability of MASCHIO power harrows.
