PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING Your personal data, voluntarily entered in the appropriate form, will be processed exclusively to provide the requested information, respond to your communication, and handle any technical assistance requests. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED The data processed include: personal and contact details, as well as any other information you may voluntarily include in the form. LEGAL BASIS, DATA PROVISION, AND RETENTION PERIOD The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which you are a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, as well as the legitimate interest of the Controller in handling requests and possible complaints. The provision of personal data is necessary in order to receive the requested information. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible for our staff to respond to your requests. The data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill your request and retained, if required by law, for the period established by applicable regulations. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA Your personal data will be processed by authorized personnel, properly trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Controller. Your personal data may also be processed by third parties providing instrumental services, such as machinery assistance and maintenance, communication services, email, correspondence delivery, technical services for website management, IT service providers, or, depending on your request, service providers related to the nature of your complaint or suggestion. Only the data strictly necessary to perform the related functions will be communicated to these parties. Where data transfers occur outside the European Union, they are carried out in compliance with data protection laws and adequate safeguards are ensured through specific agreements (such as standard contractual clauses or Binding Corporate Rules). YOUR RIGHTS You are further informed that, with regard to your data, you may exercise at any time the rights provided under Chapter III of the Regulation. In particular, you have the right to request from the Controller access to your data, their rectification or erasure, completion of incomplete data, restriction of processing, to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, to object in whole or in part to the processing, and to exercise any other rights recognized by applicable law. Pursuant to Article 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates the Regulation.
