On November 28, at Maschio Gaspardo Academy, the Group's training centre based in Campodarsego (PD), the Egidio Maschio Scholarship awarding ceremony was held, now in its seventh edition and dedicated to the founder of Maschio Gaspardo.

In this edition, eight scholarships were awarded to the most deserving students, children of Group employees, who graduated from high school in the academic year 2022-2023 with a score of 75/100 or higher.

The ceremony was not only an opportunity to share personal and family experiences, but also a moment to reflect on the importance of education and training for young people, in order to face today's complex and competitive world of work.

"It is a great satisfaction for me to award the scholarships to the most deserving children of our employees again this year," said Mirco Maschio, President of Maschio Gaspardo S.p.A. "My father Egidio, to whom the award is dedicated, attributed a fundamental value to the education of young people, precisely because he had not had the opportunity to study. From him I learnt the importance of training and teamwork: for me these young people are like family and supporting them is a source of pride. As an entrepreneur, I feel a personal and social commitment to supporting young people who aspire to grow but have had fewer opportunities."

Andrea Maschio, President of Maschio Holding S.p.A., underlined: "The importance of training and study is fundamental for those approaching the world of work. Today, sectors such as agriculture are increasingly technological and preparation is the only way to face the new challenges of an advanced world like ours. At Maschio Gaspardo we firmly believe in the new generations, following the example of our father. We are proud to reward them and offer them opportunities for growth."
