Our training centre

MASCHIO GASPARDO Academy is the school where the Group cultivates its passion for the technical and commercial knowledge of agricultural equipment, both for employees and dealers, thanks to a structured system of courses. The Train The Trainer formula extends the training to the Group's branches and importers, who pass on the skills acquired to the dealer network according to MASCHIO GASPARDO standards.

The training programme

The training programme covers many topics related to agricultural mechanization, new technologies and agronomic techniques. Important practical aspects such as equipment maintenance and customer service are also highlighted.

The training space includes a classroom and laboratory where individual and group activities can be carried out. Overall, the centre is equipped with:

A dedicated area for theoretical training where course topics are covered through interaction between trainers and participants;
A dedicated area for simulators in which there are demonstrations of the machine electrical parts with operation and configuration instructions;
An outdoor area where it's possible to carry out field tests, exploring the different functions of the equipment.

Our courses

Basic

The essentials of the main equipment are explained, the first machine fileding and set up is carried out and useful advices are given on critical issues that could occur based on previous experiences.

Advanced

Equipment characteristics are shown, with a particular focus on electronics components. Useful advices are also given on the right settings according to the different types of use.

Expert

Specific equipments (e.g. Chrono, Mondiale, Intelligente) are covered in depth. Given their complexity, a dedicated course is useful to completely understand their characteristics, both in the classroom and through field tests. In this way the participant will know how to use full potential of the equipment.
