Maschio Gaspardo strengthens its presence in the Benelux region by acquiring full ownership of Maschio Gaspardo Benelux, thereby establishing a direct presence in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

The robotics sector
MASCHIO GASPARDO S.p.A. has invested in Free Green Network, an Italian start-up specialised in the production of vineyard robots.
2018
The new management structure
Luigi De Puppi is appointed new Chief Executive Officer. Andrea and Mirco Maschio acquire the shares of Giorgio Maschio becoming the largest shareholder of MASCHIO GASPARDO S.p.A.

The generational change
Following Egidio Maschio's death, his sons Mirco and Andrea took over the reins of the Group, continuing the company development process pursued by their father.
2012
The acquisition of Unigreen
In order to complete the product range, in 2012 MASCHIO GASPARDO acquired Unigreen, a company from Emilia Romagna specialized in the production of mistblowers and sprayers.
2005
The strengthening of the commercial network
The European network is further strengthened through the opening of a commercial branch in Poland and one in Ukraine a year later.
2003
The internationalization of production
The factory in Chisineu-Cris (Arad, Romania) is the bridge to Eastern Europe. The same year the commercial branches of Russia and Turkey are opened .
1993
The acquisition of Gaspardo
In 1993 the acquisition of the historical company Gaspardo Seminatrici S.p.A. of Morsano al Tagliamento (Pordenone, Italy) is formalised. The company based in Padua thus becomes MASCHIO GASPARDO.
1964
The birth of MASCHIO
Brothers Antonio, Egidio and Giorgio Maschio start a business as artisan rotary tillers manufacturers in Campodarsego, a small town in Padua area. Their factory is the stable of their house.
1834
Gaspardo
Gaspardo was founded in 1834 in Morsano al Tagliamento, a small town in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Thanks to the quality of its seeding equipment, one of the most critical operations in agriculture, Gaspardo became famous all over the world.
2023
Continuing growth
A strategic partnership was signed with Gregoire-Besson, a company specialising in tillage.
In the same year, a subsidiary was established in the UK.
2020
MASCHIO GASPARDO S.p.A. completes the merger with MASCHIO Fienagione
The merger process of MASCHIO Fienagione (already acquired in 2014 when it was Officine Feraboli S.p.A.) has been completed, joining the other companies of MASCHIO GASPARDO Group.
2017
Group strengthens its presence in the plows sector
Moro Pietro Meccanica, a company specialized in the production of ploughs in Concordia Sagittaria (Venice, Italy) becomes MASCHIO Aratri. The acquisition began in 2014.

The acquisition of Feraboli
In 2014, the acquisition of Officine Meccaniche Ing. A. Feraboli S.p.A, a historic company in Cremona specialised in the production of haymaking equipment was completed.
2011
The production in India
In 2011 MASCHIO GASPARDO opened Aundh plant (Pune, India): the production plant allows the company to establish itself in the Indian market and to consolidate its presence in the domestic Asian market.
2005
The production in China
The factory inauguration in Qingdao (Shandong, China) enables rapid expansion in the Far East. Demand is focused on small to medium-sized equipment.
1996
The sales network expansion
MASCHIO GASPARDO decides to open two more branches: one in Germany in 1996 and one in Spain in 2000 (relevant for relations between Italy and the Iberian Peninsula).

MASCHIO in France
Due to the business potential, the company decides to expand in France, reference point for the market of agricultural equipment.
1880
Feraboli
In 1880 Feraboli was founded, a Cremona-based company specialized in the design and production of round balers, fundamental equipment in the haymaking sector.
