In-line pneumatic combi seed drill
ALITALIA ISOTRONIC has undergone a significant redesign and upgrades aimed at improving productivity and accuracy, thanks to a larger hopper and a new metering system. It is built on a fixed mounted frame with a working width of 3 meters, ensuring durability and reliability. It is available in 20 or 24 row versions and is the ideal solution for sowing the main cereal crops, suitable for tractors with power ranging from 130 to 250 HP.
The advantage of the combined system
ALITALIA ISOTRONIC increases operational efficiency by combining primary/secondary soil preparation and seeding in a single pass. The combination, enabled by the new COMBI 2 quick coupling system with DOMINATOR DM, ORSO L, and ORSO XL harrow models, offers a high level of customization that ensures optimal soil refinement and leveling, even on semi-worked soils or directly on no-till fields, in true MASCHIO GASPARDO tradition.
High working capacity
The new hopper now has a capacity of 2,000 liters and is positioned closer to the tractor. The hopper's weight is distributed onto the roller, ensuring maximum oscillation freedom for the harrow and smooth operation even on the most challenging terrains. This system also allows for a center of gravity closer to the tractor's lift, reducing effort during lifting.
Two meters are better than one
ALITALIA ISOTRONIC now uses two distribution heads located outside the hopper and two new seed meters instead of a single one, both driven by electric motors. This specific configuration ensures greater precision in both dosing and seed transport, even on hilly terrain. Most importantly, it allows for the automatic exclusion of the right or left half of the seeding bar, based on the field position detected by the GPS sensor.
ISOTRONIC transmission
The ISOTRONIC electric transmission with ISOBUS communication protocol enables digital control of the seeder and access to all Precision Farming functions: prescription map transfer, variable seed rate, and automatic section control. Precision, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
Now the hopper (2,000 liters instead of 1,500) provides greater autonomy, reducing machine downtime and allowing the loading of two wheat big bags. Refilling can also take place even when there is still a significant seed reserve inside. Additionally, a vertical wall positioned centrally divides the interior into two equal parts. This solution, standard on all models, is particularly useful when the machine operates on lateral slopes, preventing the product from shifting excessively.
They are positioned on the outer part of the machine, making them easily accessible for maintenance operations, such as roller replacement (depending on the type of seeding) and calibration (machine adjustment).
Thanks to this innovative solution, roller extraction is now faster and safer, requiring only two steps. The new design eliminates the risk of losing components under the machine and simplifies maintenance without needing to remove the transmission system. The fork coupling without snap pins makes the process even more intuitive, while the electric motor with automatic protection ensures reliability and long service life. Less time for maintenance, more efficiency in the field.
The TRAMLINE system, patented by MASCHIO GASPARDO, automatically excludes certain seeding rows in areas where the tractor will pass during fertilization and crop protection treatments. This ensures organized pathways and optimizes the use of agricultural inputs without compromising overall seeding density.
In the standard configuration of ALITALIA ISOTRONIC 300, equipped with a double metering system, the TRAMLINE 2+2 system provides precise and automated control, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing crop trampling.
Boot-type (SD)
Lightweight and simple, a unit particularly suited for finely tilled soil, especially if rocky and with minimal crop residue.
Single disc VORTEX (DV)
Adaptable to any type and moisture level of soil, even on uneven, cloddy terrains or those with abundant crop residue.
Double disc COREX (CO)
Particularly suitable for loose, sandy, or peaty soils. The specific concavity of the discs ensures consistent seeding depth, preventing excessive sinking or the formation of aggressive furrows.
Double disc COREX PLUS (DD)
Aggressive and precise, with a diameter of 350 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm, it enables a clean furrow cut and increased seeding depth.
MASCHIO GASPARDO rotary harrows now connect to the seeder exclusively through the COMBI 2 coupling system, which not only ensures significant uniformity in soil preparation (avoiding lateral ridges between passes) but also includes:
Two-point harrow attachments of the SPEED LIFT type with double holes;
Side deflectors with parallelogram lifting. In addition to preventing residue accumulation and the formation of lateral ridges, their maximum raised position reduces transport dimensions.
