Gepflegtes sprühgerät mit hydraulischer hebevorrichtung
Die CAMPO 22-32 repräsentiert das Segment der mittelgroßen Anhängespritzen von MASCHIO GASPARDO. Zuverlässig und robust, wurde sie so konzipiert, dass sie den Anforderungen jedes Landwirts gerecht wird und dabei stets maximale Effizienz und Spritzpräzision gewährleistet, auch mit Blick auf die Umwelt. Die CAMPO 22-32 ist mit drei hydraulischen Gestängen bis zu einer maximalen Länge von 21 m mit Radausleger für die "C"-Version und 28 m mit Parallelogrammausleger für die "P"-Version erhältlich. Er verfügt über eine Standardausstattung, die mit einem umfangreichen Satz an Zubehör für eine maßgeschneiderte Ausrüstung umgesetzt werden kann.
CAMPO 22-32 wurde mit der Absicht entwickelt, Geräte anzubieten, die einfach zu verwalten und zu warten sind. Jedes Detail, vom kleinsten bis zum größten, wurde geschaffen, um maximale Funktionalität zu gewährleisten. Das an der Maschine montierte, manuell zu bedienende Wasserpanel fasst alle Ausstattungsmerkmale zusammen, ebenso wie der Vormischer und der Handwaschbehälter in der Nähe der Ventilsteuerungen, um alles im Griff zu haben. Die hohe Betriebseffizienz auf dem Feld wird durch einige wesentliche Systeme sichergestellt. Deviokit dient zur Reinigung des Wasserkreislaufs, auch wenn der Haupttank voll mit Produkt ist. Das Re.D-Rezirkulationssystem sorgt für maximale Präzision und Verteilqualität und eliminiert mögliche Verzögerungen beim Öffnen der Teilbreiten, unabhängig von der Gestängelänge.
Der CAMPO 22-32 zeichnet sich durch die Möglichkeit aus, das Auslegerhubsystem des Typs "C" mit Rädern oder des Typs "P" mit Parallelogramm zu wählen, die jeweils eine vertikale Auslenkung von 1 m bzw. 1,5 m ermöglichen. Die hohe Zuverlässigkeit der Ausleger wird durch das dynamische Spannungsdämpfungssystem durch einen doppelten hydropneumatischen Stoßdämpfer gewährleistet. Die verfügbaren Ausleger WORK U (nur für die "C"-Version), ALA 500, 600 und 700 (letztere nur für die "P"-Version) können über das bequeme zentrale Drucktastenfeld gesteuert werden, das mit dem OILDRIVE-System geliefert wird. Zur individuellen Anpassung gehören auch das Anti-Drift-System mit Lufthülsen, die Wahl zwischen gebremster Achse, gefederter Achse und verschiedenen Deichseltypen zur Verbesserung der Manövrierfähigkeit der Maschine bei Feldeinsätzen.
Für anspruchsvollere Landwirte und Lohnunternehmer gibt es auch die ISOTRONIC-Version mit ISOBUS-Kommunikationsprotokoll, die in Verbindung mit verschiedenen Universal-Terminals die Nutzung von Precision Farming-Funktionen und die zentrale Steuerung aller Wasser- und Hydraulikfunktionen ermöglicht.
Die ISOTRONIC-Version ermöglicht auch die Nutzung der elektronisch gesteuerten Lenkdeichsel für die perfekte Überlappung der Sprühspuren auf die des Traktors und die elektronische Steuerung der Höhe des Gestänges vom Bestand.
